To help underprivileged Government School students , demonstrate a clearer understanding of the career exploration process and how their own skills and interests match up to a chosen career path.
To develop life-long skills for students to understand career streams, choose higher secondary courses, apply to colleges, get scholarships, obtain internships, seek jobs and carve their careers.
Planning a career development path will help them understand their skills better, choose a course according to their needs, consider internships and job offers better, take advantage of learning opportunities and build a strong network. It is the process of researching and evaluating modern work opportunities and how students can pursue careers that interest them.
